Gonna start doin 2 45 min cardio sessions every day now until show time. I'm gonna drop the 5x5 after the show and try a different routine, I've been on this one for about a year now. I'll post up my new one once the comp is over.

*I was tired today so I dropped the weights and I'm glad I did.
Today wore me out. I got up at 5 am and did my cardio session, went to work for 8 hours, did shoulders at lunch, did my second cardio session after work, went to the tanning bed, went to my grandmother's for dinner, came home and posed for 20 minutes, cooked some tilapia and did the dishes. I just now sat down at 8 to type this up. I have an hour now before I have to go to bed, this sucks! It's all good, it is so going to be worth it when I'm up on stage doin this :buff: . Only a little over 2 weeks to go!

I'm pushing the border of overtraining. I will be there before the next 2 weeks are up for sure. Today was supposed to be my off day, but I guess I don't get any more of those until after the comp.
I'm sittin at 163 pounds right now and my waist is 29 1/4th at the navel, no idea what my body fat is at.
