thanks for your help bro, I just want to out bench everyone in P.E.
I am 5'10", I lift weights during P.E. I have been training since freshman year. I have done several cycles of Superdrol, I am pretty sure it worked because my acne got way worse. My mom makes me oatmeal in the morning and i eat whatever they are serving in the cafeteria for lunch. I like fruit by the foot and some sweet tarts for eneregy before I train heavy.

7-8 meals a day, equal mix of protien, carbs and good fat, roughly 4000 cals a day.
ex strongman competitor, multiple world record holder in powerlifting 242 lb weight class, elite totals raw, single ply and double ply. Best lifts 805 squat, 550 bench, 675 dl, 2030 total.
