    hey

    I have 50 d-bol and want gain 50lbs how should I take them?
    I was told people here were smart and could help get huge

    Right, I know this will get flamed beyond belief so I'll start with a sensible answer to a ridiculous post.
    Before anything else gets written, you have to post up some info;

    age
    height
    weight
    bodyfat% (if not known, do you have abs showing or are you fat?)
    do you lift weights?
    how long have you been training?
    post a breakdown of your typical eating plan for a day

    lastly, put the dbol somewhere safe, for now.

      thanks for your help bro, I just want to out bench everyone in P.E.

      I am 5'10", I lift weights during P.E. I have been training since freshman year. I have done several cycles of Superdrol, I am pretty sure it worked because my acne got way worse. My mom makes me oatmeal in the morning and i eat whatever they are serving in the cafeteria for lunch. I like fruit by the foot and some sweet tarts for eneregy before I train heavy.

      I have a video on you tube of me lifting. Do you want me to post it so you can see my form?

        read Scotsmark post and maybe a post or 2 here, and then will see whats up. come here with mindless questions, and you'll get an education first. then put it to use and you'll be gtg.

                          7-8 meals a day, equal mix of protien, carbs and good fat, roughly 4000 cals a day.

                          ex strongman competitor, multiple world record holder in powerlifting 242 lb weight class, elite totals raw, single ply and double ply. Best lifts 805 squat, 550 bench, 675 dl, 2030 total.

                          I thought the my mom makes me oatmeal remark was pretty damn funny.
