Hey guys and gals. Mudman here, just started back into they gym after a torn bicep/tendon from work. Two and a half years on the mend with surgeries. I'm currently 5'7, 203.5lbs at 18%(calipers). I have gotten chubby since my arm has been off and on with surgeries and healing. I have a couple Anabolics editions from Will and that's about my knowledge. Just basic online reading knowledge. For workouts I have started back on a generic 3 day split with some cardio. Will look into here on some recomp and a training style that will help. Cycle experience is limited to three basic test cycles. I am not competing but am looking to get back in some serious shape and stay there. Thanks!!!
