6 Skinny guy mistakes

I love John Berardi....I can't believe he was here last year after the show and I didn't get to see him!!! He did present me with my medal though I was kinda awestruck..lol..

I realize that most of us here already know this stuff, but it never hurts to be reminded, and I find his writings very entertaining to boot! Great for newbies.

Great article! It made me giggle a little bit. I loved how he pointed out how much more you'll have to do dishes. When I think of a big muscular guy, I don't imagine him doing the dishes. LOL

Well, there is a quick rinse and then strategically placing the dishes in the dishwasher. Actually, I like cleaning usually...love the smell of bleach.
