Its just talkin trivia...wat the hell hehe. The reason I'm even asking this, is coz at the gym tonight I was talkin' to my boy...dudes 37, 5'10 and 180. AND hes natty...I know that for sure. I witnessed him flat bench 345 for 4. He just did a bench contest(raw) 2 weeks ago and hit 370 with a pause. Now thats no world record, but thats one stong mofo for 180 and natty. Not to mention hes not even a powerlifter...he just gave the contest a shot for the helluva it to see what he could do.
Me, I will be the first to tell ya I'm one weak mofo for my size.lol
My best raw bench ever was like 435...that was YEARS ago when I could do flats with no shoulder pain. I was natty and weighed about 240 then...pffftt...that aint shit for a dude 240.lol
Now I weigh 275...heres some of the weights I use regularly (the lower rep # is on a bad day, the higher rep # on a good day):
incline bb press - 315 x 7-9
flat db press - 140's x 6-8
seated bb press behind neck - 255 x 5-7
seated db press - 120's x 5-7
standing alternate db curl - 70's x 6-8
skull crushers with ez-bar(20 lb bar) - 180 x 6-8
leg press - 28 plates(about 1300 lbs) x 8-10
barbell rows - 315 x 6-8
deadlift - 495 x 4-5
One of the movements I do kick ass on is skullcrushers...I dont see many guys using a 45, 25 and 10 on each side. But outside of that, for my size I am rather weak as you can see. Several guys at the gym use much more than me on those lifts and they weigh only 220-230. So post up niggas!
Are you the small, cut very strong type of guy like my boy...or are you the bigdawg in da house, but weak as shit?lol
