Best lifts?

My best lifts were at my last comp in Oswego. I benched 465lbs, squated 465 and deadlifted 465 (kind of weird to have all at 465) @ 200 lbs. My injury resulted from my 2nd attempt on the bench: 472 lbs. All lifts were raw, no suits/shirts, just wrists wrapped. I ended up first place overall (juniors, open) despite leaving immediately to go to the ER after I tore my trap,lat,pec. I'm only 5'5" so I had quite the advantage over taller guys for the lifts.
 
That's the problem of going super heavy. By the way, I'm sorry about your injury.

Wow, very impressive lifts! Sorry to hear about the injuries though.... I hope you recover quickly and get right back to some serious wieghts! :)
 
thanks guys for all the support but I don't care about me!!! This is for you guys to brag about your best lifts!!! You've heard my sob story already!
 
Shit i wish i could get up numbers like that, so far my bench is 315 and squats is 405, dead lifts is 405 and leg press is 775 none of those are my max numbers becuase i rarely max out but thats what im currently at
 
My best to date are: 315lb bench press (one rep, with spotter hands on bar for assistance, but I still count it..) :) But 275lbs clean..

Deadlift 300lbs, and squat best yet was 250lbs but I currently am not doing squats so I'm not quite sure what I could max at...

best ive ever reported is my my squat. My legs are strong. I did 225 on squat 4 reps with a spot!:igok:


The best bench press ive ever done is 95 pounds!! hahaha!

YO pits an animal!! I used to train MMA with this boy. Kid was short and stocky as hell. I'm a heavyweight put it like this, the boy is a pitbull. Damn dog I hope your shit heals up. You was #1 contenda baby

I hit 505 on the bench raw, squat repped 550 for 6 today.

F.C. that's fantastic! Keep in mind I think I weigh like 60 lbs more than you!! So for your weight 95lbs bench and 225lb squat is damn good! Keep it up girl! :)
