Just curious as to who gets up early and who doesnt. Are there any pro's or con's between the two? My schedule is eratic and my kids schedules are even worse. :stupido2:

AM or PM it's definitely a preference call. But I do feel AM cardio(or whatever time you wake up) is the best, hands down

O and I don't know what cardio is right now either. That's why i'm carrying around a ton of fat
