anyone try this routine yet? I was thinking of giving it a go when I get back from hernia surgery.

Basically its
compound exercise
compound exercise
compound exercise
isolation exercise for 7 sets with only 30 seconds rest between sets
 
No more DC? Or just till you recover?

No more DC for me. Im gonna have to stay away from deads and hevy heavy squats for a while. I may go back to it later on but it will be a while I need a change anyway.
