Hi all guys and gals
I am writung from old Italy and I hope non of you will be offended by my poor english.
Also I hope that nobdy here will be offended by all the noobish question I will ask and or strange idea I maight have.
I am not now to the gym, I am 37 years old and I have been training on and off in the latest 22 years and I am fat, not a jellyfish but fat, my lifestile is really punishing, as a sales manager in a small firm, I am costantly under pressure, always running up and down Europe by car/train/plane and this don't help me keep in shape, since a few months ago I was not really dieting, at last not in a smart way. Also I was unable to keep the peace on a training schedule.
This changed latelly, as I decided to change my life, my look my.. everything but sex ok
My stats:
Height: 5'11" more or less (175cm)
Weight:245lbs (114Kg)
Fat: 30% more or less
When I say I am not a jellyfish I mean that I have, for example, a 22" arm and, if you punch me, besides the fact that I will poke you back, you will feel a hard and strong muscle with just some fatty tissue in the inner side of the arm, just to make things clear.
my doc gave me a diet, I lost 15kg in 3 months and still loosign weight so far.
Considering I have a very "lazy" metabolism my doc game me some stuff containing:
-triac
-hoodia
-acai
-stuff to lower carbs carvings
-stuff to counter nervous carvings.
What I am looking for:
a few good cycle advice for cutting cycle.
I am not interested in bulking or mass gaining, I am even too big for my pourpose, I just want to get rid of all the fat I can while preserving the lean mass I already have and possibly to improve the look of muscle (look= hardness, fullness and vascularity).
This is it.. I have done some search and I am going to write down, hopefully in the propre tread, my idea of cycle.
