My sweet alzheimers ridden wife gets t3. She has lots of it. I've been on growth for about a year now, 2 to 4 iu's a day depending on what body parts I've trained. I've leaned up tremendously with visceral fat levels melting away. Last few days I've added t3 in the mornings. I think.25mcg but not sure. Is this beneficial? Should I be looking for any negative sides? How long can I take it without screwing myself up? Thanks for replies in advance.
