Okay, for the next two months I will be training on my own due to money issues, or lack there of. But anyways:
I am sitting at 205ish right now. I haven't gained much weight lately, actually haven't gained a pound in probably 3 weeks due to that injury. So I have been in sorta like a preserve mode. I did put on a bit of fat in that time but that was due to me misjudging the severity of my injury and continuing to eat a surplus of cals. I should be ending my cycle as soon as the rest of my ancillaries get here which should be this week. But my question is how long do you think before I can go back on the timed card diet? I really haven't gained much weight in over 3-4 weeks so its not like I am going from one extreme (bulking) to another (cutting), but I do want to get this fat off me and see if I have some abs
Do you think I can start immediately after PCT or can I start the timed carb diet during PCT? Give me some feedback here :wiggle:
