None of the new formulas can match the old ephedra based compounds.

Not a big fan of the shakes.... 
Hardcore makes me shake, but I'm not the type that is too sensitive to caffeine either. Any more effective, MAYBE LESS EXPENSIVE fat burners?

Hydroxycut Linked to Liver Damage
The FDA is warning consumers against using 14 Hydroxycut products (used for weight loss) after 23 reports of serious adverse events associated with their use.
Reported events include various degrees of liver damage — including one death due to liver failure — as well as seizures, cardiovascular disorders, and rhabdomyolysis.
