New squat record for myself

Well I've been off gear for almost 5 months now. I was planning on going off for 6 months, but not sure if I'll start Nov. 1st like planned or wait until I'm 110% fixed up. I feel as though my shoulder/pec won't be completely healed soon, so I'm debating on whether I should start the cycle anyway and focus on my squats or if I should wait and see if I'm better anytime soon. Anyways I just got 535 raw today. No wraps or anything. That's my personal best so far. I've only been squatting for about 2 years now. Started out maxing at 250!!! I love doing front squats as well. Seems like they've assisted my squat max considerably more than leg press or anything else. I also do box squats on every leg day.

This is my leg routine:
A)
Squat
Hack
Extensions
Curls
Light box - chain, bands

B)
Front squats
Speed Squat (bandwork)
Lunges
Heavy box
Leg press
 
Impressive. I seem to remember somebody talking about not being about to train heavy anymore... Ring any bells???

I know, I know. Squatting doesn't bother me too much. My neck is a little sore after.

Well as the saying goes, if in isn't broke, don't fix it! Keep doing you're thang baby! :)
 
great work bro, and be careful you better lay low til your completely healed or you could wind up permanently injured
