67 years old. Taken on my birthday back in March after 14 months off due to a shoulder tear. This is two weeks back on the iron but no aas since January 2022.

Still looking thick as hell for being off for so long and no gear.

The more I dig into this board and read members threads the more comfortable I feel being here. Didn't realize when I joined there were so many older lifters here.
Hoping to still be able to sling some iron in 5 years when I'm 67. Injuries just don't seem to want to go away though but threads like this keep me movitvated.
