I have no idea how old the movie is but it just popped up.on my Netflix yesterday. It was a rain day so i watched it in my shop at work.
It's sad but encouraging as well. It basically chronicles his life as a body builder and his struggles after body building. Lots of great interviews.
For the average person it may not be their cup if tea. But for people like us its worth the time it takes to wztch it. I sympathize with Ronnie and understand 100% where he's coming from, both now and back then.

I saw that I believe last yr or the yr before. Great movie. I think it was a Generation Iron featuring Ronnie Coleman maybe.
Anyways I think one of rhe smartest things he's done was to get tenure with the police department Annnnnnd bought and paid for his one house cash after 1 or 2 Olympia wins.
But love the determination and drive. Eating on the job. No excuses!!
