I was lifting 5 days a week and hitting just about every body part seperate ex:
mon - bi's tri's
tue - chest
wed - legs
thur - shoulders
fri- back

I was getting awesome results, my bench went from 395 to 420 in about a month at 190 pounds)

A friend of mine, (whom holds state records in NY for PL'ing) told me that since i'm on gear that I should try hitting everything twice a week. I've been doing this for two weeks but my max bench went down to about 410. I think lifting heavy weights like that you need more than 3 days for recovery. I don't want to over train but then some muscles I feel you should hit twice a week (ie. biceps) So I'm kind of stuck in what I should do. I've never had a problem where I didn't know how a routine was working for me. Some feedback would be good for guys that know this type of dilemma. Thanks

some people can recover lifting 2x per week and others cant . many who lift 2x a week have a light day and heavy day . also DO NOT maxx out to often it stresses the cns and will drop your maxx even if you lift only 1 time per week .

Yeah I've been thinking that about the maxing out. I usually max out once a week. I'm just going to go back to once a week and just switch up volume and workload. I'll figure it out. Thanks Dawg

Smaller muscle groups like biceps fatigue faster in a workout but also recover faster than larger groups post workout.

hey pit u should try that iron mans "HIT"bulk routine. 3 day split! you should maybe try that routine out...Ive been doing it n ive really seen good results(besides the juice effects). i had my schedule like yours, n i switched to this one..i only hate it cuz i'm in the gym alot longer. But there's more rest days and ur so anxious to hit up the gym that ur raging when u pik that weight up! here's the link.

it's in the training session."iron man's HIT program" read that whenever u get a chance. Some good shit. IMO.

I might just try my good ol WSB routine again. Talk about strength.

WSB with a bit of tweaking works better than most "bodybuilding" routines for size IME.

WSB without doubt has produced some monsters.

Excellent routine for strength and power. I used to live and swear by the WSB routine. Not so much this year.
