The crazy thing is I was just warming up on the lying leg curls. I hadn't really even started my real work.out yet. But I pay for a personal trainer two days a week, and I did that specifically for legs because I hate doing them so much. I love doing legs and hate doing them too. Love hate thing. But anyway, I finished my workout and was back for more the next week. I didn't let it slow me down except for hobbling around for a week. Lol

No. It doesn't bother me except when I sit in a hard surface. I can feel like a ball in there. Probably the muscle all curled up.

Ive torn mine twice, both using the lying leg curl machine. That was it for me. I no longer use it anymore. Hamstring day only includes seated leg curls, single leg curl, wide stance leg press, hip thruster machine, and soft knee dead-lifts...

I use the lying leg curl machine as well but going lighter weight when using it.

Yeah I was warming up at 130. My sets are quir a bit heavier than that.
