Illl have to repeat my previous post and agree that pussy is very important vitamin

But for now. Vit c and d and Multi

More than one pussy at a time can tax the system. There is a thread around somewhere that lists the types of pussy and their advantages and disadvantages of use.

Good thread here- as I get into my 50s still train like I was 20, plus I didnt begin juicing until my 30s, so Im still going, but every once in a while I get a health scare, so try to think healthy body needed to train- supps to help cardio system, BP, Liver supps, I even got one of those Magic Bullet Blenders , mix my protiens along with fruits , greens etc like my post workout shake , Oh and shaved pussy I like bah haha

A few years ago, I made one of the best purchases ever. I bought a Vitamix blender. Expensive but worth every penny.

So, every day, at least twice, if not three times, I make a smoothie.
I almost hate to admit it, but I enjoy Shakeology from Beach Body. It's a solid nutritional supplement. To that, I add kale, or kale+spinach, a banana, and blueberry's. That's my base. To that I add, one or a few of the following:
celery
beets
ginger
lemon
parsley
carrots
apples

And since I've done that, it is a rare occasion to get sick. And to be a bit vain, it is super good for your skin, and dick hardness.

Protein, I try to get that from food.

I may start trying more supps. Up until this year, I had a job that prevented me from relying on, or using supplements. It had to be food based.

Multi
Magnesium chelate
Narangin
Saw palmetto
Liver detox

I have a nutri-bullet and do the same thing. Love them.

A multi-vitamin
Super Magnesium
Zinc
Calcium

I stopped taking chondroitin and glucosamine since my Dr. told me that all that does is give you expensive urine.

I now drink a couple cups of green tea with turmeric and ginger root in it everyday for inflammation. (It works!)

Sprouts Whey Protein in a smoothie in the PM everyday.

That's it, nothing extreme.

Whey protein

That is it.

And dropped the BPI 1MR - just a half Bang pre-wo.

Also still gotta order some astragalus for kidney health.

FYI...in terms of articular cartilage repair that doesnt do crap..i mean nothing.. may help a bit with inflammation but there are better things if you are just addressing inflammation.

First articular cartialge is AVASCULAR... so if somehow those joints supps get absorbed and somehow get transported to vessels near your joints...it then runs out of roads and cant physically get to your articular cartilage to do any meaningful repair.

Two years ago we ran a multiple year study at, in my opinion, the biggest academic institution in the US, doing t1 rho imaging for cartilage repair...and joint supps didnt do crap... some of the prelim stufff i believe was published but the final is still going back and forth with editing..

I said meaningful because in theory if some of those molecules made there way into the synovial fluid via diffusion superficially it maybe could have made its way in...maaaybe but that was the premise for the study to give it hope but it doesnt work like that in real life.

Id suggest stop taking things that dont work. This is what happens with the internet and the fitness/health community. Please learn that certain things are used to build cartilage...say well if we ingest them then it must help build cartilage... ppl notice some decrease joint pain so it must be working....NOPE..its due to inflammation..ppl didnt piece together that it was impossible to work

in terms of prostate... umm if you have issues or are on gear..may want to just use low dose 5AR inhib. Chronic high levels of systemic and local DHT could certainly cause issues long term

I had been taking 3 benedryl (75mg) at night to help sleep. After about 2 weeks of that, piss stream got very weak, had to wake up 5x a night to piss, and only small amounts. I posted in here about it and LI mentioned that benedryl, and other cough medications can aggrevate prostate. I researched it to confirm - thanks LI. After 4-5 days after stopping benedryl, things returned to normal. I also started taking saw palmetto and lycopene, along with 5-10mg ed of cialis for preventive measures. I also won't be taking benedryl any more haha. :p

GG, what ended up as your verdict on Nizoral for the hair? Maybe more for prevention measures? Or was it worthless for you?

I know you use other products now that you posted at the other place, but was wondering about Nizoral since it's pretty easy to obtain.

This maybe deserves it's own thread.

Thanks for that info.

What about Knox gelatin for joints? Waste also? Very cheap, and heard good things. I know a couple older guys at the gym that swear it helps their joint pain - placebo effect perhaps or anything to it?
