Whey Protein.........

What brand do u guys use?? Concentrate or isolate?? How much do u spend and what do u think is the best brand?? Ive been using Bodystrong from allstarhealth.com....Its only 69.99 for 10 lbs of chocolate and 59.99 for strawberry and yields 130 servings...Ive been seeing a lot of articles lately about companies bullshitting about the actual amount of protein in each serving and i want to make sure that im taking in quality protein in each serving but dont wanna shell out a shitload of money..If i had the money i would love to use liquid egg whites....So what do u guys think????

I use both Concentrate and isolate. I use met rx,optimum, sportspharma and several others.

I use cytosport whey isolate.

My wife uses Beverly. That was a doc recommendation. I do t use it. Cuz whey is ghey.

I use Optimum Nutrition Whey Concentrate. I have little to no issues using it. Works better when consumed with water to avoid gas bloating etc.
