Does anyone take fish oils, as a supplement for your joints. Does it help at all?

Yes, I take 3,000mg am and another 3,000mg pm, have been for years and I can say that it has had a positive effect on my joints. ALso, it is so damn cheap, get 400/1,000mg capsules at Costco for like 8bucks, so why not.BigSickD does not actually exist. He is the alter ego of a punkass 17yo kid that doesn't even workout.

Hmm for joints>?....I dont know i use the for Cardiac/Cholesterol issues....i have high cholesterol among other things....um yeh not sure about the joint thing,im thinking Gluco,Choindr,,,would be more beneficial....then again what do i know,,,im a moron.........ZComment

Fish oil is the gold standard reducing joint inflammation by brute force of its EPA, and the only reason I don't use it on as regular basis is the cost factor. Lately I've been taking the capsules just like BSD, 3000 am and 3000 pm. I prefer the bottled fish oil, but the cost difference is insane.Comment
