Same diet as last year. Adjusting my carbs to how I feel and how I look. Will post diet up soon.

6'2 Btw 230 and 235 lean haven't got on a scale in months. Been running stadiums and sprinting the 100 walking the turns at track at the high school which has worked out pretty good results wise. Maybe I can get one of those cool digital watched Veejay wears. Homo.

My bad, my bad let me lay it out. Those dates are just when I started working towards the goal.

I didn't think it was that insane I haven't completed a cycle in the last two years. Start then some shit happens always same shit. Mofos were dropping 2grams test and 1g of D a week at the old place and we were bitching at them about that. You homos think its that nuts? If so I guess I could back it down. I dont see whats crazy about 28 days of drol.

Had to take off three days from the gym. There was no way around it. Got back in there today for chest.

Incline Chest 4 sets
flat dumbdells 4 sets
Pec Deck 4 sets

Not feeling or looking so good. Have to work pretty much all day tomm doing some shit outside. Plan on hitting shoulders monday and will have diet it up for monday night.

Today was Chest, legs are tomm- had a training partner today so went with chest.

Weight is still pretty low. Been in extreme heat the past two weeks. Gonna up the cals quite a bit.
