I have health issues and had to change the way I work out.
Thank you, I joined a gym again 6 months ago but it?s too expensive and I have dumbbells and cardio equipment at home. I miss my coach Genetic Freak at WCBB though.Lifts can fix that for you, and welcome back btw. Time to get strong again!

Me too. My shoulders are ruined so I'm going lighter then rep to failure. It's actually working quit well. Occasionally I'll go heavy just to see if I still can.
I switched to Pilates and yoga. I managed to injure myself during a mobility training with kettlebells. I can?t lift my right arm. It sucks getting old.
Seems like most of us older members are in the same boat.
After a failed hip replacement and two back fusions over the past few years Ive had to revamp my whole traing routine as well. Pretty much limited to cable machines and light DBs myself.
Still in pain daily but trying to keep a positive mindset in that least i can still train. Not how Id like to but it's better than nothing.
I hope you find something that works for you and you heal quickly.
