Haha I like the name Energizer bunny. The most frequent complaint of people who had COVID is that lack of energy that can last for weeks if not months.

My current routine

I get up, drink a double Nespresso and do cardio. Then I have a vegan breakfast and mid morning or sometimes in the afternoon I do weights because GF’s workouts are too hard to do after a long cardio session especially now that I have zero energy (despite people calling me the Energizer bunny).

I’m eating a low residue diet until Tuesday (broth, toasted white bread, cheese). I have headaches and feel weak.
 
Ok since 28 Feb I have been on a broth/crackers diet so all I did was 1:30h stationary or recumbent bike a day.
I had both procedures done at the hospital yesterday and I’m back working out like normal today. I’m dizzy and weak but that doesn’t stop me.
