Cardio this morning.....30 minutes on stepper, 20 minutes on treadmill
For the next little while until I drop at least 10 lbs, I am taking 400 mg caffeine, 32 mg ephedrine and 3 caps of WaterTight prior to cardio. And holy shit, I sweat buckets this morning- I'm sure the regulars must have been thinking "what the hell is wrong with her?" LOL
As I was walking, I was thinking about the music I was listening to...I have quite an eclectic mix on the go, from Linkin Park, Madonna, Marilyn Manson, Big and Rich, Kayne West, Hiliary Duff..LOL..I am not a country fan, but I do like a few songs. "Save a horse, ride a Cowboy" by Big and Rich cracks me up!!! And the music is kinda sexy

And for the record, I do not listen to Hiliary Duff, but some songs are just good for cardio
I will train later this evening and get back into my routine.....it's been about a month since I have been in any routine. I am sticking with the last split I was doing....
Mon- chest and abs
Tues- back and traps
Wed- off
Thurs- shoulders and arms
Fri- legs
Sat- off
Sun- off
repeat
I may go back to DC in a couple of months, depending on how things go
