I did another 30 minutes cardio this evening. And I took the hubby into the weight room and took him through Day 1 of his routine. He is just getting into the weights and I wanted him to know what he was doing and feel confident about being in there. We won't be training together so I needed to know he was doing things right
I tried out a couple things with light weight and my shoulder has improved a LOT since I did it last. A couple more weeks, I just gotta hold out til then and I'm good to go!! I need to lift some heavy weight!!!!
