today i went to max on dead and got 360 and missed 370. 370 was almost there It was questionable as to weather i got it or not, but i dont want questions i want to get it for sure so i wont count it
 
had wrestling practice today and felt great. I wrestled very good

okay heres a update

on the 17th i had a meet i didnt get to wrestle but our team won
on the 18th i had a rest day
the 19th i had a intense practice which absoultly killed me
the 20th practice was a little lighter... I felt great.. I am felling real good now
the 21st and 22nd practices were real light as i practiced with jv...
the 23 i had a match agains teh other teams captain and pinned him... The guy had 10 lbs on me(my deit hasnt givven me any lbs yet ) i had him on his back the whole second period but couldnt stick him. I pinned him in the begining of the 3rd period... It was a great match... I need to work on coming out agressive. I could have ended the match first period if i was more agressive
I have today and tommrow off anf then back to practice on monday

My grip strength is lagging not as strong as it use to be...
My bench was good im sure i can get 210 up if i do it first i was just to tired..
the rest of my workout went well
The numbers would be bigger if i got more then 4 hours of sleep last night and didnt have a wrestling match yesterday.. I was still sore from that

Paul,

Hang onto those videos for a while. There are some changes happening in the cert program and I won't be doing the work on the site or certs anymore. Nothing bad between me and Heavy Sports, I just haven't had the time.
 
well heres what ive been up to my past couple of days

Sunday: Off
Monday: Had Wrestling pracitce. felt kind of sick, and i wrestled really bad
Tuesday: I had a wrestling tourtment ended up taking gold. Winning 4 matches. No pins though :( The part i was excited about is i wrestled in the 191 wieght calss and wieghed in at 180.6... I need to gain some wieght... Even with the weight disivantage i still won :)
 
Wednsday: Off
Thursday: Pactice felt good. Wrestled good nice practice
Friday: Speed lower

Speed Squat with #2 band 145x3 145x3 145x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 PR + 45lbs and bands
1 legged squat 55(in each hand)x8 55x8 PR + 5lbs +2reps
Barbbel shrugs 235x8 235x10

Speed squats were nice its been a while since i did them. Was my first time using bands and i loved them
1 legged squats a heat with a passion

good short workout

Saturday sunda and monday were off
Today i came back strong to wrestling practice and had a great day
 
Won my match today pin in the second period

that brings my record to 12-1 or 13-1 :) i am so pissed about my lose i could beat the guy now
