Hey guys, obviously I'm new here. Just checking things out. About me, I'm 21 and a senior at waynesburg university about to graduate with a degree in exercise science. Just trying to figure things out. Basically, I like lifting, running, swimming, every sport pretty much. I am only 6 weeks post rotator cuff surgery so I had to take some time off from lifting. I'm back into it but with only one arm.... anyways, I jsut wanted to say hello. Hopefully, I'll stick around Nice to meet you all.
