I USED TO POST ON IT HERE AND THERE, got alot of usefull info there... i was looking to post my stats and pics and get commments on how i can better myself.... 5'5 175llbs... dont know my body fat%... i posted pics on it before... but its a new year i wana do everything right ....build some lean mass ...holla:startrek:
 
"i represent queens my ex is out in brooklyn"....i think i'm from the same part of town ur from jrmafia, i think i dunno... i used to live in bayside queens, was a member at bell plaza on bell blvd snuck into power house on ffranny lew when my boy was working there, but power house was too much of a show and not a gym ... now live out in vegas i'm a 24hr fitness guy over here....used to party and shit in the NYC thursday till monday morning... now i calmed down alot out here...trying to get 5 posts so i can post some damn pics lol
 
nah dude i am from bx area......my ex used to live in astoria......and yea exit, sound factory, cheetah, show......i hit all those places..... now i go out but in moderation and like a normal person
