7-8 meals a day, equal mix of protien, carbs and good fat, roughly 4000 cals a day.
ex strongman competitor, multiple world record holder in powerlifting 242 lb weight class, elite totals raw, single ply and double ply. Best lifts 805 squat, 550 bench, 675 dl, 2030 total.
