    New Here

Come from a few well respected boards and been into bodybuilding for the last 6yrs now. Started lifting weights when i got my copy of Arnold's book on training when i was 17yrs old and never looked back. 25yrs old now, hovering at 205lbs off cycle, hoping to compete for the first time March next year in the light heavy class at 197lbs. Working on a solid bulk cycle this winter to get more size then start cutting it all up. I lose weight a hell of a lot easier then gaining it that's for sure, even fat! Started working out naturally at only 135lbs and got up to 190lbs then felt i couldn't gain anymore. Ate everything in the fridge, trained less, got more rest, watched my diet a little more doing research, still couldn't break past 190lbs. Started taking prohormones and got up a little more but nothing really sticked.

Then started my first aas cycle a few years ago and blew up and kept most of the gains. Have about 5 cycles under my belt now. Looking to continue learning as much as i can about bbing and aas usage that goes along with it while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes. Plan on helping others here with knowledge of bbing i've learned from text book to real life and to gain even more from others. Site looks good and hope to be an asset here.
