Hey everyone, first time here and plan on being very active. Im 20 currently weighing about 215. and 5'11. Guess you could say im a powerbuilder, i love bodybuilding but also love lifting heavy. Here are my max lifts so far.. Bench 420..Squat 585(i rarely max one rep on squats..) and Deadlift is 630 Heres a few pics of my progress.
