NEW MEMBER! :)

Hi everybody, my names RJ. Im 23 years old. I lived in California my whole life until I joined the army when I was 22. I went from 215, to 155 lbs ( basic training) Now I live in North Carolina, At Fort Brag.. Home of the rangers and special forces.
A little bit about my History. I unfortantly got involved with PH's and other test cycles and what not at a young age, around 18ish, and yeah I paid for that one lol. But yeah, i got a football scholarship to go to university of california santa barbara. I also played baseball and wrestled, basically my whole life. I had to stop with the sports, due to grades, partying, and injury lol. I then joined the army. Where now Im just a beast at PT. Im hopeing to get some good input from everybody and get me started on a good cycle. Getting ready for ranger school! Well thanks everyone. :)

Well what I ordered already was 2 10ml/350mg sustanon test
1000/5mg Dianabol (pink hearts)
2 ml/200mg Deca (greece)
And a large quanity of clomid.
I heard not use nolva with deca for some reason, so I didn't get any of it.
That's what I got on the way, Not how Im going to take it. Thats where the help is needed!
I've done a few cycles just susta by itself, with pct afterwards, and I've always got epic gains so Im sticking with the sust.
So this time im deciding to go 10-12 week cycle range. It would be my first time going this long on a cycle.
Im not sure how much susta/deca mg a week I should take.
But im thinking for week
1-2 dbol 10-20mg?
then 4-5 or 6? bump it to 30 or 40 mg

In that past i would do sust pins every 3 days give or take, I was planning on sticking with that. Not into EOD. Not too into needles lol.
But either way guys, thats what I got coming if you can tell me and show me how to split u up, that would be great. I kinda got an Idea
but I don't wanna come off as a retard, this being my first LONG cycle, and with other gear besides just test by itself! So bring it on guys

not too much body fat, id say 10ish %
1 rep max bench 275
1 rep max squat 315 <------ chicken legs, if i can get some input on how often and what i should do about this legs that be greatly appreciated too. I wanna get them strong and big.
1 rep dead lift in the 5's
