New to Peak, thanks to gotPEP's invite. I used to be a senior member at BOP, unfortunately with all the issues over there I needed a change. I am grateful to be here and hope to soak in, as well as share the vast knowledge that?s out there.

Weight: 200lbs (Dry, morning weight)
Body Fat: 13-15%
Diet: Keto/Carb Cycling
Genetic Flaws: Calves and forearms (high insertions)
Genetic Gifts (IMO): Biceps/Chest and Yoke
Favorite Lifts: Traditional deads and Barbell overhead press
 
I always feel like complete crap on a keto diet. So much so that I always allow just enough carbs to make me feel human.
 
Whats up bro. So glad u made it! You're going to love it here. Great people and I've seen nothing but good things about the other sources here. I love being in good company....
