Hello Brothers,
Just wanted to Introduce myself. i am Blackhawk (BH) and this is my first post on Peak-Muscle. I am 54 and a former amateur bodybuilder from NY. I have been on the road to recovery after suffering a severely compressed C7/C8 in my neck. Surgery went well and i am back in the gym. Just looking to gain some size and strength back while staying injury free! Look forward to any and all feedback from all my brothers and sisters here!!
