Hi my name is Alexa, I am from Edinburgh, Scotland, I live with my husband and i hope to learn more about body building, at the moment I am obese, but I have said enough is enough I want to change that am 44, and I don't want to end up getting health issues because of being so unfit, I want to be healthy.
