Hey guys, just thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm 18, 5'9", and weigh about 255.
Not sure about my maxes right now, haven't maxed in a while... I used to play football, but I just graduated. I can post pictures later don't have much time right now.
I'm starting a cut that probably won't be done till the beginning of second semester (I'm going to PSU), but we'll see how that goes, I don't think i'm trying to get to 8-10%, just a more solid base.
Here's my split as of now
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Mostly basic compound lifts, heavy. I fail around the 6th and rest pause the 7th-10th. I do HIIT cardio after every workout. And sometimes I do morning cardio but not really. My diet is shoddy at the moment but I'm working on it, I take in around 3000 cals a day (250-300g of protein).
Critique, advise, and bash away.
