Hi there new to the board wanted to introduce myself, heard about this forum from Future on another forum, let me tell a little about me. Im 27, born and raised in the Phoenix area. I started lifting at 11, and by 13 I was lifting competitevly as an Olympic style lifter, in highschool I competed in both WL and PL, as well as competitevly in Baseball, Highschool track, and gold gloves boxing, excelling in Baseball, Track, and WL. After Highschool I played 1 year of collegiate baseball before injuries accumulated in highschool made it apparent I was no longer able to perform at the level necessary to make the next jump, so I hung up the cleats. After that I threw myself into academics, acquiring two degrees one in nutrition, the other in exercise science, after finishing school I took several internships with various schools, and professional organizations, then became a strength and conditioning coach for a local community college, where I currently help student athletes in football, cross country, mens and womens basketball, womens volleyball, softball, baseball, and track and field, as well as belong to a local weightlifting club, where im currently trying to get back into competitive lifting in the weight lifting world.
