It's ok. For me, since I am not a professional bb, I am not sure what to say in response to some that are competitors. But I attempt to comment something. Anyway, thanks for writing in my journal. :)
 
Today we went for a walk...about 3.5 miles. Basically we walked to the gas station to get a newspaper, because that way we could get our walk in and not waste gas. ;)

Yeah but I carried a 315 lb barbell while going for our walk. :flute:
 
Ok, it was a plastic bag with a newspaper. But I did carry the 7 quarters for the paper too!

I DID NOT do any cardio or crunches today. My stomach is just not feeling well. I had to make myself get up and go to the gym. I just felt like I at least needed to lift some weights. I sure am glad I am done though. Hopefully I will be able to get some cardio in this weekend. I am a little upset that I didn't get in my norm this week. This week has just been a mess. I'll be SO GLAD when it's over.
