just thought I would show you all my yard, you know I am bored now....lol

almost an acre and I live in town, I drew a red arrow to point out my house to show you where the house is.......:hahano:
 
Nice place. You def keep it clean. Is that frost on the trees?
 
frost? no..........it is 65 degrees here today, I just took the pics after I mowed the yard

I guess I am lucky, I pay less payment than some of my friends pay rent.....

payment is 650 with taxes and insurance. I still owe 12 more yrs
 
assemble and deliver furniture, (family buisness) I am about unemployed though, business is doing real bad, hard times for the economy in my area

yeah propert in ohio is CHEAP.........my brother just bought 2.5 acres, put in a 1/2 acre pond, built a 1600 sq foot ranch, with finished basement, and it cost him about 160K............this aint california man, this is the midwest, big big difference here, average income is 30K a year in my area

OH MY FUKC! I am buying a fukin manufactured home in northern california for $150,000.00 !!!!!!!! I guess the property value there doesnt appreciate very well though does it? what is your house worht and how much was it worth 10 years ago? My house now was bought for 73,000 12 years ago and got appraised a year ago for 275,000. california is ridiculous.

bro I work for 13 bux an hour.........average income in my area is 25-30K a year.

I work in a family business right now which is doing horrible, I assemble furniture, deliver, etc..

bought it for 50K 9 years ago..........appraises for 79K now

yup, sucks. that house and land here in california would go for about...eh Im guessing at least $300,000.00. I seriously might move in about 5 years. outta california. so you own that house?

My 1600 sq.ft. town home will sell for about $650k there is no yard but I have a two car attached garage.

My other condo that I rent out for 1250 a month is 900sqft and will sell for about $325k.

I have another rental condo in Palm Springs. 1br 1ba that will sell for close to $300k.

But then, I have a 3br 3ba house in Baja Mexico that I bought for 349k sits on the ocean and the BajaMar resort golf course. Only two hourse from where I live.

Weird how everyone wants to live in the same spot. I can't imagine I would want to live here if I didn't have to.
