Hi everyone! goes4ever sent me over here. Looks like a great place! Thank you g4e.

I see some familiar names here. I am a member at a few boards. For those of you that don't know me, I am female, 5'4, 117lbs, 16%bf and TRYING to generate muscle growth as well as reduce my bf further! :BP: Eventually I would like to enter figure competition. I am in no hurry though. I plan on attending a few shows as a spectator to see where I might eventually fit in.

Anyhow, I like to be informed but I also like to have a lot of fun! This board looks like it can fill the bill!
