Arms that measure 20" cold...esp if the guy is lean, are extremely rare. How is it there are so many on these boards? My arms are 18", and I'm embarrassed to post in these arm threads, even though most of the 20 inchers look smaller than my own. The ONLY man I've encountered on these boards that I am certain has a 20" arm is G-S. Of course there are a few heavy duty competitors, like Superhvyfreak and Praetorian, but they are one in a million. I hate to call these people a liar, but here is a thread where I just told off a 19 year old. His arm looks big in the first pic, but he's standing in front of a mirror that is stretching everything vertically. :D

I wouldn't put 18.5 past him. They do look pretty big, but it's hard to tell from the pic

I'm starting to notice how much people actually do exaggerate thier stats. I mean, I'm a big guy. 6'3" 265lbs @ 9% BF right now and I don't have 20 inch guns. This really had me pissed for a long time because I was wondering how everyone in the world had these huge pipes but me. Now at least I know that the I am well above average with my guns. Funny thing is, I have a hard time getting my arms in a 2x tee shirt after a workout. So, does that mean all these guys are wearing 3x's???

They only look big in the first photo, where the mirror has stretched his bicep and his head as well. 17" is being kind...in the second photo they look 16" ;)

No...they're all lying. The real obvious posers piss me off because I don't like someone to insult my intelligence. :D

Stat threads always make me laugh, because you know most people are completely full of shit. My favorite are the ones where people post about how lean and ripped they are and how they are some massive bodyweight at 6% bodyfat - then post pics and it is obviously that they are OBVIOUSLY at least 15%bf. It is great.
I usually stay away from those, because I know I am fat and my arms suck ;)

hahaha those threads r the best....

it usually starts like this

well, ive been sick 4 a week, + i hurt my hand rescuin animals from a burnin buildin....so i really havent been able 2 work out + i havent eatin anythin in 3 weeks b/c ive been so sick.....i dont have any leg shots

& i cant tell ya how many xs ive been out, & wanted a bench right there so the guy would look like an ass

*yea i put u 280 etc....

no u didnt & no u cant....asshole:)

The pic (the first one) looks photoshopped. LOL. That or his bicep/tricep is really fucked up looking.

I think my pics speak for themselves, no need to even measure or post stats...

I hope that doesn't come off cocky...but I back up what I say...

I see so many guys posting their stats and big # lifts...but you'll never see a pic to prove any of it.

Why lie?

Yeah it pisses me off too....lol. Whats even worse than that is when them people talk like they know everything there is to know about anabolics and training and they have the build of a 12 year old child. I'm always straight up on my stats, I weight 175lbs and 5'6...lol. I could probably get by with saying i weight a little more but there is no need in it.

Its the internet, it will always be that way. Most of the time its obvious who is lying.
