What do you guys think of this???

Well shit, I was wanting some of that for a recipe I wanted to try. I haven't been able to find it where I live though.

I bought some and it taste awesome. Just wanting something with a good taste in my diet.

I've had it before and it is pretty expsensive.

But here is the breakdowns:

Nutrition Facts
Serving Size 1 cup (240mL)
Amount per Serving
Calories 90 Calories from Fat 45
% Daily Values
Total Fat 5g 7%
Saturated Fat 3g 15%

Trans Fat 0g

Cholesterol 15mg 6%
Sodium 300mg 13%
Total Carbohydrate 5g 2%
Dietary Fiber 1g 4%
Sugars 3g
Protein 8g 16%

I know when I drink milk it is at least 2 glasses, 1 glass of milk isn't much. I don't know what you are looking for out of this. If anything I would use it as a treat, still has alot of carbs even though it is "low carb". Two glasses would be 10g of carbs, then if you are eating something else with it that would probably have 5-10 g carbs in it then your Low Carb meal is now a carb meal. When dieting you shouldnt push past the 7-8g mark with carbs if at all possible when going pro/fat.

well that's pretty much what it is a daily treat. O and I take it about 30minutes before my tuna meal which has 0carbs I believe

Hmmmm, it's a little different around here :) I probably could get it in the city if I checked around enough, but it's quite possible that it's not available at all. No big deal though. I'll check next time I am out there. There are some big disadvantages to living on an island :argh:

yea, that shit is expensive. I bought somethin glike that like.......twice. Too expensive for me.

yea but, isnt it only a half gallon? you can buy a whole gallon of nonfat for that much and its probly "better" for ya as far as the amount of carbs/fat etc. Every now and then would be alright I guess. Im to worried about BF% right now. Maybe PWO or somethin.

Nonfat or whole milk I believe would be better nutritionally. But I like the Carb Countdown stuff and use it as a less-than-harmful treat once in a while when I've got a couple of extra bucks to spare.

I've had it and it was good. But I pretty much cut out all dairy products from my diet. I started this about a year ago, I might have cheese once a week. I used to love milk, drank it twice a day. But then I started reading about how bad it was for you, I stopped and I feel it made a difference.
