Well good news about my shoulder....I think.

Turns out its not an impingement, just an irritated AC joint. everything looks fine but, they thought I should get a cortisoen injection in it. Not that it hurt at all but, the damn thing made me pass out, lol!!! Felt weird, really sore today adn I got it yesterday. they said my right shoulder just has stretched ligaments, might need surgery but might not. All in all it looks like Im better off than I thought. Hopefully this soreness goes away, my left shoulder is more sore now than it was before the injection.
 
I beleive it is a mild type 1 acromioclavicular ligament injury.
 
AC joint problems are annoying, but the cortisone should help. I have a degenerated AC joint on my left side - but it has only given me minor problems since I got it injected over the summer. Hope yours works out just as well :)
 
Well, today I already feel a lil bit better from the shot, not as sore as yesterday but I'm not gonna lift til monday though. I'm gonna take it easy again, take one step back to hopefully make two forward. Not sure how much it's gonna help at this point.

Its still a tiny bit sore. is that normal? Damn I hope that cortisone helps, I will literally shit myself if when I go to do some benching, it DOESNT HURT with moderate weight, that would be such a fuckin dream come true.......
 
Gotta get another one but this time, they are gonna be using an xray machine or something, while injecting, to get ti right where it needs to be. Hope it doesnt fuck up my cycle too much.
