& buff was talkin a bunch of sh*t the other day about u eatin like a lil a bird *or was it bitch?* & bein a giant box as far as spicy foods & that ur 2 scared 2 go up against him

well to be 100% honest with you, I know Buff would win if we were to have a contest. As of the first of the year I quit having cheat days and just went to a cheat meal. Week after week I was getting bloated, sick to my stomach, taking pepto, antacids you name it. After eating all week clean then gorging myself, I was litterally making myself sick. It was getting to the point where I could not even sleep on saturday nites. I made a resolution to myself to quit that foolishness. And I have not felt better in my life since I stopped the all day gorge fest. Sorry to disapoint you, but I was sick of feeling sick.
 
You still going to pig out at the buffet though? I toned it down too, although I go crazy when there is a lot of pizza lol

no worries bro, i def can understand that....& i think the whole cheat day thing is bad & an excuse

I haven't been to many buffets this yr, I think i hit up an East Chicago pizza buffet right after first of year and think I ate about 5 pcs pizza, but yeah I have really toned it back a lot. With this new job and crazy hours I am still not able to get in really good workouts, so there is no use to eat like crazy you know what I mean?
 
I voted for buffness b/c I voted for G4E last year. Well I think that's what I did
