...LOL...I'm gonna paint an "L" on my forehead soon :hahano:
I dunno if I mentioned it here or not, but I went to the chiropractor last week to see if he can help me out with my shoulder problem. Anyway, one of my cervical vertebrae was out, so he adjusted my neck. And he sent my for cervical x-rays.
So today I go see him again and he gives me the results of my x-ray. I have 3 degenerative cervical vertabrae, ++narrowed disc space, osteophytes on the front and back of the vertebrae which is causing the nerve to be pinched, hence causing shoulder problems. He figures about 25% of these vertebrae are gone.
Fuckin great!! LOL So, obviously this is permanent and will cause me problems from time to time. He is going to adjust me all he can now and open up the spaces and hopefully this will alleviate my shoulder problem. When he's done, he'll be giving me an exercise/stretching regime to follow to help this problem out.
I never have neck pain, but always have had some problems- stiffness, an unstable feeling, etc. I've had a cervical pillow for a few years now. I always wondered if other people's necks sounded as gross as mine
So, the bright side is that now I know and I can do what I have to in order to prevent it from worsening too quickly.
At this rate, I'll be in a wheelchair by the time I'm 50....LMFAO...
