Results of 3 months of no upper body training...

Yes, that does suck PT. Good thing we have muscle memory though :)
 
i got sick and lost around 6-8lbs, was way weaker, about 20lbs on each major lift, took about 3 months to get it back, but it came back pretty quick,

You should be fine, sometimes a break like that is good for the ol' body
 
That's not bad at all..

You could take your current measurements and literally smoke 80% of bodybuilding.com! I have no doubt you'll gain it back fast..Especially with IH looking over your shoulder (when the time comes)..
 
I took a year off with a back injury. I only lost 5lbs total. You can guess how I managed to maintain that "mass", lol. I've been training hard the last 4 months and I'm still only about 80-85% strenghtwise. I did drop about 15lbs of fat right off the bat though.
