THOUGHT BUFF WOULD LIKE THIS ONE 
Preparation Time:

Makes:
4 servings
Ingredients:
1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 Cup
All The Whey? - Natural Unflavored*
1Tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Salt
1 cup
Skim Milk
1
Egg
2 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil
*can use any other flavor as well
Directions:
1. Combine flour, All The Whey?, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. Lightly beat milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
3. Bake on preheated griddle (400?F), turning when edges appear dry (about 1-1 1/4 minutes per side).
