Hello I am "restarting" my working out after 3 years off. I restarted in January, and have gain significant strength results. Look results a little bit. My goals really are to make myself feel better when I walk around during the day and to give me back my confidence level that I once had.

Here are a few other things about me that I couldn't really dwell on because I was at work at the time. When I got back into the gym in January, my weight was 243 lbs, my max bench was 135 lbs 5, squat is now at 290lbs for 5, and deadlift was at 235. By march, I was 262lbs max bench was 335 for 2, squat is still the same (kinda afraid to play with it) and my deadlift was 355lbs. I haven't really tried to up them since March, but we will see within the next few weeks
