I am 34 yo, lived in Ohio all my life, married, have one son........

been liftin for 10-11 yrs, no I am not huge, nor am I super strong...lol
I used to be really, really fat, and one day I got sick of myself and started to eat clean and workout, I lost until I was a lil skinny fuck, then started to add a bit of muscle till I looked halfway normal :flute:

so basically I am no huge monster but I love the iron and have been around the community, trusted, and faithful for many years. I love to help people out in anyway I can. And so glad you all chose this site to be your new home. :headbange

doing my best, I admit, it is hard to keep up, especially when I leave 4 work at 2:30pm and don't get back home till almost 3AM...........doesn't leave much time in the day for working out, cooking eating etc...............
