There are so many new ladies on the site that I was wondering if you would prefer the female section to be off-limits to the guys? ;)

Oh and we need a "Figure Competetor" section too if that is not too much to ask. Sorry, i am high maitiance (sp?) and cannot spell to save my life.

I guess for more personal female issues it would be a fab idea. Some of us are alot more shy than Sadie LMAO.
 
Well....I still have to figure out how to do this. Easy on the standard usergroup, but these custom groups seem to have a mind of their own.

lol why :P i can guarentee that no one here can say something these guys havent heard and chances are.. if they are hot,.. they already know they are so why be secretive about it lol

Those guys know they're hot as. I would tell them all the time, but of course my Frank made me hotter!!!! LMAO.

I think it's a great idea to have a Ladies Lockerroom for the senstive talks...but the rest of the female forum (fitness, figures, training, etc.) should be visible to all so we can get feedback from everyone...not just us gals.

That's how we had it back over there. The fitness related female forum was open for all to see, however, the men still couldn't post. I don't have a problem with the fitness forum being open to the men if we have a LLR because if a female has a "sensitive" question, she still has the LLR to post it in even if it's fitness related.

It's been requested. I think they are probably going to make sure you guys have a locker room for the discussions that you don't want women involved in. The guys got the men's locker room back there a little later but it was ultimately a better idea than not having one. I don't see these guys having one for the ladies and not one for the men, it's just not up yet. Give it time, we've not even been here a week. Just hold off on the "sensitive" stuff until they have it worked out.
 
There are no plans for a men only private forum.

I will ask bud about making the LLR off limits to any not in the pink usergroup. I know it can be done because 3 years ago I was admin on Anabolic-Support and we had it set up that way. New female members had to pm an admin to add them to that usergroup so they could have access. That V-b board was several versions earlier than this one. ;)

It's not always about being shy. Some women often feel more comfortable discussing certain topics with only women. I can think of multiple topics that were about female health concerns that wouldn't have been as helpful to some women had it been a co-ed discussion. And I can also think of several women that were more active in the ladies locker room than elsewhere simply because they needed to discuss things but were concerned about everyone being able to read those things.

There are also issues with what is appropriate for open discussion for all to read. With seperate locker rooms where the admins have to set each person that would like to access them to a specific user group then the topics can be discussed without the concern of the general public reading them and being offended.

There's a time and a place for everything and seperate locker rooms provide for that.
